Hi there! I’m Sunshine, a small-town girl with a big passion for helping others find their path to natural well-being.

My wellness journey started eight years ago out of pure necessity. I was determined to quit smoking cigarettes for good, so I began crafting my own custom CBD oils and vapes to help ease the cravings. Amazingly, within just one week, I was smoke-free! After seeing my success, friends started asking if I could make some for them, too—and just like that, Sunshine Wellness was born.

Over the years, my routine hasn’t wavered: I have taken my CBD oil daily for the last eight years. As the business grew, I wanted to offer even more ways for people to enjoy the benefits of CBD, so I added our popular gummies to the lineup in 2022 (and yes, I’ve been enjoying those daily for the last four years, too!).

Sunshine Wellness is proud to be a local, woman-owned, and Hoosier-made small business. Deeply rooted in our community, I also pour my heart into running the Stockwell Farmers Market to support fellow local vendors and bring neighbors together.
